Have you ever dreamt of working at a bird sanctuary?
Do you have vacation time coming up and want to learn more about the Parrots we all love?
Or would you simply like to spend time with The Oasis Staff, working along side them, helping care for the birds in residence?
Well, The Oasis is looking for YOU!
We always can use your extra hands to assist our hard-working Staff-members with the daily care of the birds, or to allow them to take a week off on their well-earned and long-overdue vacations.
The Oasis always has projects such as construction and maintenance of buildings, landscaping and maintenance of the grounds or building bird toys to keep the birds active. We are often short-staffed in the daily bird-care area while folks are pulled away from their usual jobs to work on these projects. Or perhaps you have skills to offer that will help us with these projects.
For overnight or extended stays The Oasis can provide guest rooms. Our facilities have a shared living space and full kitchen but offer a private bedroom and bathroom. Wi-fi is also available for your use. We can easily accommodate several people, with alternative sleeping arrangements for multiple guests.
The financial cost for you to stay here is ZERO. Just bring your work clothes and your favorite nourishment….we will provide WORK and new FRIENDSHIPS. What a win-win situation!
